Our Executive Chef Luigi Brusco originally from Pozzuoli was influenced by his region and by different culinary experiences around Italy and Switzerland.
He creates exceptional traditional Italian specialties with a contemporary twist that will delight even the most discerning palates.
His most popular signature dishes are Millefoglie di Alici, Artichoke in three consistencies, Purple potato gnocchi, Pork fillet, Caprese cake.
